Information to include in Support Center ticket when requesting a Forecasting Report
When submitting a request for a Forecasting Report through the Support Center, please include the following parameters in your ticket. This information will help our Client Operations team determine which targeting tactics to include in the report.
Please provide as many of the parameters listed below as possible.
*If additional details are required or requested, we will make every effort to incorporate them into the report.
- Advertiser Account Name
- Seed
- Channel : Display, Mobile, Video, CTV, Etc
- Funnel Stage / Goal: awareness, consideration, conversion, Etc
- Forecast Name: (for differentiation purposes if multiple)
- Campaign Budget
- CPM : please share an average bid price you would like us to input for forecasting purposes (Display = $3, CTV = $14), you can use our CPM Cheat Sheet for base bid recommendations*
- Flight Duration: (7 days, 14 days, or 1 month) - 7 days is the most efficient for forecasting accuracy*
- Frequency: For Example, up to 1 ad an hour
- Audience: Age, HHI, Occupation, Etc.
- Geography: Zip codes, DMA’s, States or Countries
- If you know what exact creative size(s) you will be running, please provide a list of the ad sizes: 300x250, 728x90, 160x600, 300x600, etc.)
Once the forecast is pulled, we will send you a screenshot of the forecasting information, similar to image below.
